  • It's easiest to spot clean your stole because you won't have to iron it. If it does wrinkle, spot iron on cotton setting with steam. You can hand-wash it with laundry detergent. (Fabric is pre-shrunk, almost all 100% cotton.  A few squares have been individually colored and may fade with intense scrubbing. If so, return them to be recolored.) DO NOT WRING DRY as you will have a hard time ironing flat afterward. Instead, arrange carefully on towels, roll up, and press to get out excess water. Unroll, make sure seams are straight, place on dry towel to dry flat or hang dry. Iron with steam, arranging seams.
